These terms and conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") are an agreement between EntilityStudio ("EntilityStudio", "us", "we" or "our") and you ("User", "you" or "your"). This Agreement sets forth the general terms and conditions of your use of the software application ( CopyCat Clipboard, etc ) and any of its products or services (collectively, "App").

1. User License

By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the App.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by EntilityStudio and are protected by trade secret and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

4. User Content

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall EntilityStudio be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including, without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold EntilityStudio harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) made against them by any third party due to or arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

8. Changes to This Agreement

EntilityStudio reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the App after any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

9. Apple User Data Compliance

Our use of Apple user data complies with Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. We ensure that all accesses, uses, storage, and sharing of Apple user data adhere to the terms outlined in Apple’s agreement.
